I have been using this on my 6-year-old, and it has stopped the cold sore in its tracks. I also started using it on my 2.5-year-old, and it seems to be effective as well. With my 6-year-old, I mixed it with water, and for my 2.5-year-old, I used juice – they both take it without any issues.
